Jili Baji Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Policy

These rules and terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Jili Baji platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the platform's website, mobile app, and all associated services.

Key definitions used in this document:

• "Account" Refers to your personal gaming account registered with Jili Baji.
• "Balance" Refers to the total of real money and bonus funds held in your account.
• "Wager" Refers to the total amount of betting required before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" Stands for Know Your Customer — the process of verifying your identity.
• "RTP" Stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total bets a game returns to players over time.

To create an account on Jili Baji, you must meet certain basic requirements. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in withdrawals being blocked or the account being closed.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual — even under different names or phone numbers — all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Required for registration: an active mobile number, a valid date of birth, and residence in Bangladesh.
• You will have 30 days after registration to complete identity verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — Jili Baji will not be liable for any consequences arising from sharing it.

Jili Baji is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Keeping minors away from gaming is both our ethical and legal responsibility. A date of birth is provided at registration, though age verification may be requested at any time.

What is typically required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both front and back.
• Selfie holding your NID.
• In some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method may be required.

Jili Baji supports deposits and withdrawals via all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals should be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly without any gaming activity prior to the first deposit.

Certain general rules always apply to betting on Jili Baji. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so review your bet carefully before placing it.

• Minimum bet starts from ৳20, varying by game.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed when the game is launched.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• For live Sports Betting, bets should be placed before the match begins — odds change rapidly during live betting.
• Jili Baji reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspicious betting patterns.

To keep Jili Baji's bonus offers fair for everyone, certain conditions apply. Please read the specific terms for each bonus before claiming it.

• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus balance, the wagering requirements must be met.
• Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited once the bonus expiry date has passed.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the order in which they are used can be viewed in your dashboard.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting (using an account solely to claim bonuses) is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or any other technical assistance.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Creating an account or making transactions using false identities or someone else's information.
• Using two or more accounts in coordination to maximise bonuses or winnings.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Activities or conduct that damage the platform's reputation or constitute defamation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Jili Baji reserves the right to close or suspend any account, particularly if:

• A breach of the terms and conditions occurs.
• Identity verification has not been successfully completed.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A directive is received from a law enforcement authority.

You may close your account at any time — simply notify the support team in writing to initiate the process. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

Jili Baji's maximum liability for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform is limited. In particular:

• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection.
• Transactions delayed due to technical issues on the part of a third-party provider.
• Game outcomes are determined by RNG — Jili Baji is not liable for any losses.

Jili Baji reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
